El programa PRIMA busca desarrollar soluciones para una gestión más sostenible de los sistemas hídricos y agroalimentarios. El principal objetivo de la iniciativa es diseñar nuevos enfoques de I+D para mejorar la disponibilidad de agua y la producción agrícola sostenible en una región muy afectada por el cambio climático, la urbanización y el crecimiento demográfico.
